ICE CREAM SANDWICH
(2-2 1/2 oz.)
Put 1 1/2 - 2 oz. of soft serve in the center of a cookie. Place another cookie on top, and gently squeeze them together until the soft serve is almost to the edge of the cookies. Place the sandwich into a serving bag, and put it into your standard freezer. You may also use a chocolate wafer cookie for this, or...try using chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal cookies, etc. For something different, add a popsicle stick and dip the sandwich in cone-dip coating.
