SUNDAE
Regular:
5 3/4 oz. (Container and soft serve)
Large:
8 oz. (Container and soft serve)
Toppings:
Regular: 1 oz.
Large: 1-1/2 oz.
Hot Fudge, Hot Caramel, Strawberry, Pineapple, Raspberry, Blueberry, Butterscotch, Cherry, etc.
Fill the bottom of the container with a base of soft serve (approximately 2 oz.). "Roll" your wrist, and build the sundae upwards, allowing space between the product and the container for topping to be added later. Remember that each revolution of product weighs approximately 1 1/2 oz. Add the appropriate topping around the sides. To maintain appearance, be careful not to put toppings on the very top portion of the sundae. Be sure to keep the "hot" toppings at approximately 150-degrees F. The topping should cling to the product. If it rolls off and falls into the cup, the topping is too hot. Be sure to choose the properly sized dish before placing product into it. How about a hot-fudge-brownie sundae? Just add a brownie to the bottom of your sundae cup, or split it in half and place one half on each side of the sundae. Or...a chocolate-chip sundae, make a sundae with hot fudge and hot caramel topping. Then add a chocolatechip cookie to the side. Top it off with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry, and you have a delicious dessert! A sundae with hot-apple topping would also make a great dessert. Try something different!! How about making your sundae in an edible "waffle dish?"
