ALMOND FUDGE BAR
3 1/2 - 4 oz.

Add 1/2 oz. of almonds to the bottom of your mold. Add 1/2 oz. of cold fudge, and 1/2 oz. of caramel topping. Fill the ice cream bar mold with soft serve using a spigot extension. Strike it off at the top to make the bar level, and insert a popsicle stick into the bar. Place the bar into a flash freezer until it is frozen solid (approximately 30 minutes to an hour). Remove the bar from the flash freezer and take it out of the mold. Dip the bar in cone dip coating, (the cone dip coating should be approximately 120 degrees F.) place the bar into a serving bag, and put it into your standard freezer. Ice cream bar mold is available from Electro Freeze.
