ICE CREAM PIZZA
The crust for the pizza may be purchased as a 9" brownie crust, or can be made by baking a brownie crust, or using "crunch" filling. To make a "crunch" pizza crust, mix 2 parts cold fudge with 5 parts crunch together with a mixer. Place 7 oz. by weight of this mixture into an aluminum pie tin and flatten it out.
To your pizza crust add 8 to 10 oz. of soft serve mix and level it off with a spatula, (be sure to leave approximately 1/2" of crust on the outer edge with no soft serve on it). Add 2 to 3 oz. of your favorite dry topping i.e. Oreo, Butterfinger, Reese's Peanut Butter cup, Heath, etc., or fruit toppings. Drizzle cold Fudge or caramel etc. on top of the pizza. Cut the pizza into 8 equal pieces and box it (optional) then place it into a standard freezer for customer purchase.
